student meetings
Edge is a campus of Network Vineyard church and is aimed at students, young adults and the young in spirit. We meet at 7pm, every Sunday during term time at the Hamilton Road Children’s Centre on Bulmershe Road.
Edge is a safe place where Jesus can be encountered and where questions are welcome. The style is informal and everybody is welcome. A cafe is provided before we meet, and we place great value on friendships and providing support within the Church through homegroups (mid week meetings in a home environment).
The format of our evening starts with about thirty minutes of worship in which a band play contemporary songs. You are welcome to participate or not as you feel comfortable. This is followed by a message from the Bible usually for about 30 mins. There is time afterwards to receive prayer for anything you wish in a quiet and confidential surrounding.
At the end of the evening, a number of the team and visitors typically go for a drink at a local pub, you are very welcome to join them.
