Coming closer to the heart of God

True worship brings us closer to the heart of God, which is why from the creation of mankind He laid it at the very foundation of our life with Him. Once we've grasped the truth that God longs for our worship before anything else, and understand why, we long to give Him what He desires. At Network Vineyard Church, using culture current music as an expression of our worship is a high priority. Our worship teams serve for the purpose of creating an inviting and easily accessible space to bring our sung offering to God and to meet with Him.

Our times of corporate worship are led by one of our worship bands. The line-up of a band may vary but typically they consist of guitars, both electric and acoustic, bass, drums, keys and vocals. Each band is led by a one or two worship leaders.

Worship bands

There are opportunities to serve within the worship bands, however we do seek that members of the worship team are committed members of Network Vineyard and support the vision and leadership of the church. In addition, a certain level of skill is required, so we hold band auditions annually. One of the main criteria though is a heart for worship and a passion to see the people of God worship Him.

Worship bands meet at 8.30am every Sunday to assist with set-up and sound check. Practices are weekly and attendance is expected.

Sound And Visuals

Another essential part of our times of corporate worship are the sound and visuals teams who make hearing the band and talk and seeing the words happen!

Visuals Team

Displaying computer generated lyrics for our worship, and also the opportunity to be creative with worship media. You would serve just once a month.

FULL TRAINING is given, so if you'd like to get involved by serving in these key areas then please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or speak to Glynn Morris or any of our sound / visuals team.
